Hosting a special event? Leave it to us! FAT Lamb Kouzina will work with you to customize and create a wonderful menu for your guests.

We are happy to cater your work/private luncheon, dinner or special event. Choose from our daily menu, or create one of your own from our delicious, homemade, traditional Greek food. We also offer in-house services where we cook and cater in your very own home.  We have many house specialities to choose from, including:

Moussaka. 

Baked and layered with potato, grilled eggplant, delicious meat sauce and topped with our light and fluffy bechamel.  This dish is our family favourite!  
 

Pastichio. 

Baked and layered with thick, tubular pasta, tossed with barrel aged Greek feta and parsley, topped with meat sauce and our light and fluffy bechamel.  
 

Spanakorizo. 

Spinach and arborio rice in a light and lemony tomato sauce.  
 

Gemista. 

Your choice of vegetables, stuffed with tons of finely diced veggies, fresh herbs and arborio rice.  These beauties are baked to perfection.  Tomatoes are my favourite!

All meats are marinated for at least 24 hours, in fresh herbs, spices and Cretan olive oil. 

Lamb Chops.  

Olive oil, Greek oregano, garlic, sea salt and pepper.  Grilled to perfection!  You can't eat just one. 

Pork Chops. 

Olive oil, Greek oregano, garlic, sea salt, paprika and chopped onions.  Thick and juicy and grilled to perfection!   
 

Greek Sausages.

Traditional Greek Sausages from old family recipes.  Smoked and cooked to perfection. 

Chicken Breast.

Olive oil, Greek oregano, garlic, sea salt, paprika.  Skin on, bone out, super juicy and grilled.  
 

Kokkinisto.

A traditional beef stew, cooked low and slow for many hours, with a deeply intense tomato sauce - delicately spiced with cinnamon and cloves.  


Grilled Veggies.

Olive oil and sea salt.  Char Broiled to perfection!  

Roast Chicken.

Olive oil, sea salt pepper, garlic, lemon, a little butter and paprika.  

Octopus.

Ksidato.  White wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano (any time!) 

Grilled.  With olive oil and oregano and charred to perfection.  (spring and summer) 

Stifado.  In a deep and intense tomato sauce with cinnamon and clove (winter months)
